The security and protection of your privacy and private data is very important to Iadwise. We take every necessary step to provide you with the best security and safety services.

Only registered users may use our services. As a registered user, by accepting our Terms and Conditions you allow us to manage and process your personal data. We strongly suggest that you read our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, so that you get a full understanding of the way we work and how we process the different types of data.

 

What kind of information do we collect?

We collect the information and data required to provide our communication services to our clients and to provide said services in the highest quality possible. Data collection and processing help us avoid fraud, unwanted content, SPAM and it ensures that iadwise operates in total compliance with laws and regulations.

In certain cases, the information you provide will be used to optimize our services and in certain cases we will send updates to You; in specific cases with the data you provide we will keep in touch with you and send you notification emails and messages regarding your activity on our platform.

First of all, rest assured that we do not read, listen or record the content of your messages and/or calls made privately. We cannot listen to your calls and nobody else can. We are committed to this. We do not know what you have talked about, it is only your concern.  

These are some examples: start, finish, quality of video calls, Internet stability, drops in connectivity; we collect logs in order to improve the quality of our services and to detect potential problems, outages, changes in typical networks and technical issues. We want to make your experience better. Unless otherwise specified, we only retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for us to achieve the purposes referred to above or to enable us to comply with our legal data protection and retention obligations.
We will do everything in our power to collect the least amount of information necessary to perform previously mentioned services. While using iadwise, if you are an advisor, we will collect your connection status, which will be available for other users.

 

Data appearing on the website and background registered data

There are two types of users in our system.

The advisor and the client. Besides the information all users need to provide, the advisor is required to provide more information in our system.


The clients are not featured on our platform publicly. The registration of the clients’ data happens in order for us to be able to contact him/her and for the client to be able to track the consultation sessions, expenses, account balance and money withdrawals. As mentioned above, in order to be able to provide a secure service, the advisors are required to provide more information.

In the case of advisors, the retained information can be split into two categories: public and not public.

Public information:
With your consent, we will feature certain information in your profile in order for potential clients to be able to make an informed decision regarding the advisor they decide to consult with. These are some example: (including but not limited to) your introduction, uploaded photos, educational background, consultation fee, professional experience, references, blogs.

Not public information:
Certain information you provide is not visible to third parties, but important in order to ensure the system’s operation. (This information includes but is not limited to: phone number, email address, bank account number, bank name). This information is not visible to third parties but necessary to be able to keep in touch with you. Besides the required information, you decide what else you would like to share with us. The only reason we request your bank account information is to be able to wire your income or your unused balance whenever you decide to withdraw it.

We do not retain your credit/debit card information. Your payment is secure. Your bank card details always go through our US-based payment service provider. Your data is not accessible to us.

We really want our services to be free of fraudulent content and SPAM so that you feel safe and free. Therefore, besides retaining the necessary data, we reserve the right to confirm the information you provide, ask for more confirmation data in order to prevent, interrupt and block any potential SPAM activities and for advisors to be able to continue to provide the finest quality services; thus, maintaining our trustworthiness and high-quality services.
We reserve the right to remove content that goes against the spirit of our services and that would negatively affect our services (these include but are not limited to: offensive language, low quality pictures, etc.). We may decline to feature the advisor profile if he/she refuses to provide the necessary information for identification purposes.  

We specifically review the information and data that has previously been flagged as a potential fake profile or spam activity; we pay special attention to arising suspicions that may harm those using our services in any way.
In order to prevent any damaging activities, we may withhold payment of the advisor’s consultation session until the complaint or issue is investigated. In this case, in order to resolve the issue, we will use your data and information collected from the consultation – without the content of consultation – that is available to us.

Payment processes and information of the consultation are retained in our system in order to provide you with a comprehensive and transparent system where you can track and see every action and the transactions you make.


Processing and the removal of user data

You, as a registered user of our system, always have the right to review and confirm your information, change your information through the App or with the help of our support team. When changing or making certain information public that could negatively impact the quality of our services (including but not limited to: offensive or inappropriate content, improper pictures, etc.), first iadwise will warn you to correct or rectify the issue, and in case the content in question is not corrected within 8 days, iadwise may refuse to publish the above-mentioned content.

You can always request to have your personal information deleted. In case you delete or request certain personal information to be deleted that is necessary for us to maintain and continue to provide our services, then after notifying you, your account may be put on hold or deleted. The information we refer to above is indispensable for a consultation session to take place between an advisor and a client (for example: setting a consultation fee).

In case of a chat conversation, we will delete the messages and pictures permanently from our system.

In case of deleting your account, we may retain information that is necessary for us in the following cases: complaint resolution, fraud prevention, collaboration in official investigations, certain analytical activities, troubleshooting and the applicable law compliance.

In case you do not need the above-mentioned information, your data will be deleted permanently, therefore, nobody will be able access your information.
By adhering to internal regulations in our system, we ensure that unauthorized people cannot access your data and we do not transmit your information to third parties.


Data Protection

We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls and data encryption, and information access controls. If you know or have reason to believe that your account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Account, please contact us following the instructions in the Contact Us section below.

 

How does iadwise share data with third parties?

Iadwise does not share or transmit data to third parties. Except data that falls under legislative obligation. Since we do not retain your conversations, we cannot share this data with anybody.
Iadwise takes all the necessary and possible precautions to ensure that no third party has access to your data.

Our Privacy Policy is subjected to change from time to time, and when that happens we will notify you about it on the App. Please check the App frequently for updates.
